I have VDServer 7.3 installed, and the 2X Web Access Portal, on SSL. I am able to log in just fine to the web portal via browser, but when I go to launch any app, I get a pop-up saying "The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer". The odd thing is, if I double-click on my 2X client in the taskbar, and launch an app from there, it runs just fine. This happens both internally on the same network as the server as well as from the Internet (ruling out any specific routing/NATing issues), and I have tried this on different computers, that have never had the 2X client installed before, to rule out any possibility of old settings in the 2X client giving me a hard time. The 2X Wep Access Portal is running on port 81 (default setting), and I am not running any other IIS services from that server. Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong here?
Hi, Kindly make sure that the connection mode in WebPortal is the same as the one working in the 2X Client. thanks,
