Connect to VM Drive from Mac Finder

Hi:
I've installed Parallels 4 - latest build. I can see the VM listed under Shared on the Finder's Left panel - and it has a PC-looking icon.

Thing is - I can't connect to it. If I click on the icon the connection always fails. If I click on the "Connect As..." button and enter a user account on the VM with password (that I know are legitimate) - it fails as well.

I've looked further into this and, using ipconfig/all, identified the IP address assigned to the VM. I can ping that ip - no problem. But I just can't connect to it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
