Contacting Support?

    I am having some issues with my copy of Parallels Desktop Business Edition, so I wanted to contact support. However, upon choosing the "Request support" option from the help menu, all I get is a message saying "Please contact your system administrator for assistance". Considering that I AM the system administrator, that is totally useless. So I tried a different tact: I logged in to the parallels website and tried to submit a support request from there. All went well, until I got to the end and it asked for a "support code". Of course, my account doesn't have one listed, so I logged in to the account of my coworker who actually paid for the software license, found a support code there, and copied and pasted it into my support request, only to be treated with the message "Invalid support code" Ummm.... no, it's not an invalid support code. So how am I supposed to get support for my product? Thanks.
