Parallels works fine and as expected in full screen mode but when I switch to coherence all the context and file menus in any applications "pop" into view instead of fading in. It makes the type of work I do impossible and I would love to be able to turn it off if anyone knows how. Frustratingly I did manage to turn it off in my Win7 VM but I simply cannot remember how I did it.
