Continual reboot

    Windows 7 restarts itself before I can login

    I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate on Parallels 7.0.1 on Mac OS X 10.7.4. I used msconfig to set the virtual machine to reboot in Safe Mode with Networking, and now it continually reboots itself before I can even login. It gets to the login screen and hangs for a second, then reboots, only to repeat the process. No way to get in the VM or get to Safe Mode or anything. Any help would be appreciated.

    Isn't there some kind of boot file I can edit, or something I can do to boot in regular 'ol "unsafe" mode?
