Hi. I'm trying to transfer files from server to local machine via terminal client clipboard. After some raindance with rdpclip in I get it to work in clean RDP session with MS TS client connected to Win2K TS, and files are coming through clipboard smoothly. No such luck with 2x client - any attempts to transfer file via clipboard, in both directions, results in error message "Cannot copy file: cannot read from source file or disk" Does 2xAppserver/Client support file transfer via clipboard between TS and client at all? If no, any plans of implementing it in future? My client and server are both 5.0 build 275.
Clipboard redirection for windows 2X Client is the identical to windows TS Client. It is known that MS rdpclip has some issues especially with win 2000. If you are using win 2000 give it a try with win 2003 and you will see a difference. Nixu

There is a MS patch fixing that, it includes server-side patch and client-side patch. More info here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/244732 I've deployed this patch on my 2X test systems. As I said, it works ok for patched MS TS client, but 2X client fails with "Cannot copy file" error. PS migrating to Win2003 is not an option at the moment.
