Could not run remote application

I have a new server with windows 2008 and 2x application server.

When I try to start a program on a client I receive the messaga: Code 02/00000003
The client could not access the remote application.

When I do a direct rdp to the server there are no problems.

I'm a newbie: some advice would be welcome.

Make sure that terminal server agent is Verified,also try to connect using ms-rdp from 2x console machine to terminal Server.

Most probably its a firewall issue.

 

It must be a firewall problem because at the office (where the server is) is everything working fine.

Now searching for the right port?
20002 and 3389 are already open.

 

all you need to have open is the portof the gateway by default it is 80
but ensure you connect using gateway mode

 

After a saturday of working on this problem, I made a reinstall of 2x en made a new connection.

Problem solved.
