Hello - I purchase a license key and downloaded Parallels 20 from Parallels for Windows ARM on Mac Silicon and it was working fine last year, but suddenly this morning it is giving me a counterfeiting error?? I checked my license key this morning and it is valid and directly from Parallels and redownloaded the app from Parallels and it is still giving me this error. Can anyone at Parallels help me fix this? I can't use my Windows VM since it keeps shutting it down.
One difference is I'm using a VPN now vs I wasn't when I first used it. Is that the cause for this error popping up? Google says it might be...
Got word from Parallels it is because Tahoe isn't supported with Parallels 20. Seems like an infuriating way to force an upgrade on customers
