CPU speed wrong in XP system properties

I have Parallels 3.0 build 4128 running Windows XP Home Edition on a MacBook Pro (SR) w/ 2.2 Ghz Core 2 Duo. Whenever I right-click on My Computer and choose properties to get the System Properties window, my CPU clock speed is always wrong. It will be a different number nearly every time, ranging all over from 1.8 Ghz to 12 Ghz or 31 Ghz! Why is this? I have a screenshot attached as an example to show you what I mean... Is this something I should be concerned about? Will it affect my system performance?



The underlined area where it says 1.89 Ghz will change.

Whatever routine is doing that calculation is obviously fooled by the virtualization layer. Wouldn't worry about it.
