Not sure what has gone wrong with my ubuntu guest. I can boot into recovery and fsck okay, etc. Something goes wrong when it tries to move to multi user - I think one of the modules is crashing/hanging when it gets loaded, but it is hard to tell as I cannot get at the log. This is 8.0.18354 on a mac book pro with ubuntu 12.04 LTS guest with 3.2.0.37 linux kernel. Used to work. Would appreciate any tips/pointers/guesses.
