    Intel VT-x enabled
    Installed and updated to 5582

No problems (amazing!) for 4 weeks, then began crashing on suspend.
Three days later, crashes on suspend, minimize, coherence, or whenever. Tried different snapshots, older ones (4 weeks), though they will not load. two day old snapshots do. Tried changing animations, seemed to help at first... but not anymore, 24 hours later.

    Hello,

please tell me when do you have this issue: when you suspend your VM or when you resume it?
Also when the message about error appears, please click 'Report a problem'. Is the information there the same as in previous crash logs?

    Best regards,
    Stacey

    Hi Stacey,

Thinking more about it, it happens:
    1) Most often - When I change from full screen to single window, because I use those two view modes most often. I was using Cube animation, so tried others, but no change.
    2) Secondly - When I press suspend

There is no error message, it simply disappears upon key up, and 1/2 a second later the dock icon indicates the program is not running any longer, by the arrow fading out.

Funny thing is, in the last two days, it has only crashed twice (please find logs attached), but I suspect that is because I haven't been using it as much.

Another thing I notice; very shortly after I run Parallels, the fans speed increases because things heat up. I don't remember this happening before the problems, though I may have just not noticed before. You would understand if this is normal. If not, let me know, and I can monitor fans speeds, CPU A, GPU, GPU Diode, etc. and report back to you.

    Hello,

please try to re-install Parallels Desktop.
Parallels Desktop for Mac distribution provides an Uninstaller application for easy product uninstallation.
Please note, that Parallels Uninstaller application does not remove Virtual Machines from your Macintosh HD.
To find Uninstaller application, if you have a Parallels Desktop for Mac CD, please insert it into your Mac CD/DVD drive. The Uninstaller application is there.
If you have previously downloaded Parallels Desktop for Mac from the web site as a .dmg package, please double-click it. Once the .dmg package is mounted, you will see an Uninstaller application there.

Launch the Uninstaller application and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Will the problem persist?

    Best regards,
    Stacey

    Hi Stacey,

As of late, I have had no crashes since the two crash logs I sent you. Because I read other posts here, I did some adjusting.
    1) In WinXP, adjusted virtual mem from 768-1586 to 768-768
    2) Adjusted Parallels memory to 768

    No problems.

I wanted to ensure this worked before I confirmed it. I do confirm!
