create an vm from a power quest drive image

Hello esteemed Parallels specialists,

I bought Parallels to be able to scrap my old dos and windows machines, of some of whom I only kept the hdd.
I've allso made lots of pqi backups.

can i build VM's from Power Quest Drive Image files?
