Dear Sirs, I'm a new Parallels user, and I find Crystal and Coherence modes just amazing, in particular the Crystal mode allows a stunning Mac-Like experience. I was trying to enable few "applications" (basically shortcuts to the ShutDown.exe file, with a flag so that i could use them to shut down or restart my Windows partition). (please take a look to the jpg for a better explanation). They work pretty nice when called inside windows (bootcamp), and in the Full Screen or Window mode too. But the intent was to use them inside a zzzXPLogout folder inside My BootCamp Applications Docked Icon (the one Parallels adds to the Dock). It seems like that the way the applications are launched from the dock (the one the program needs to perform the task such as restart and shut down.
