Customer Support Email not working

    I was finally able to purchase PD7 for mac, after about 20 attempts, getting authorization failed each time. It was submitted, and I was told I would get an email with my serial number and such. I have not gotten that email yet, so i tried to look it up, using the order history. I keep getting "Order not found." After finally finding a customer support email, Parallels.us.cs@digitalriver.com I sent them an email stating so. And then i got a postmaster@mac nofitication back saying "could not deliver do to:


    Recipient address: Parallels.us.cs@digitalriver.com
    Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address
    Diagnostic code: smtp;550 #5.1.0 Address rejected Parallels.us.cs@digitalriver.com
    Remote system: dns;smtp.wip.digitalriver.com (TCP|17.158.233.229|34116|209.87.180.71|25) (smtp.wip.digitalrivercontent.net ESMTP)

    Does anyone have a better email to us? I need to use parallels for school
