Customize the .PVM file

Hi,
I am trying to migrate my Windows 7 PC by creating the PVM file using the Parallels Transporter agent. The issue is that the PVM file is about 80 GB in size and i only have 55 GB space left on my MAC.
Is there a way i can pick and choose what applications/content gets migrated from my PC via the PVM file?
I have a boatload of documents, music and backed up outlook files .PST and don't want to move them out of my Windows PC but can live without them on my MAC.
Any ideas?
