Does anyone know how to deactivate a device so I can activate my Toolbox on the new Mac I just purchased? I don't have access to the old one anymore.

I am having the same issue. Got a new mac and now I can't activate the license on this machine because it says: The license has been used to activate Parallels Toolbox on 3 different Macs. I have two macs I work between and it used to work to go between them before I got my new mac and turned in the old one.
