deactivate license to use it on new computer

    hi,
    when activating parallels on the new computer, there should be a button for "activate parallels on this computer" but there is no such button. It says my license reached activation limit. I am not able to deactivate my license on old computer not activate it on new.. Do i need to buy a new product each time i move to new computer?

    please help

    Similar problem here...I want to properly deactivate both P12 and W10 permanent licenses to move to a new computer, but can't do or see anything because of activation limit reached msg.

    Having the same problem. I have Parallels installed on a computer on which I do not wish to use it. I want to free up that license. I don't wnat to activate Parallels on a different computer YET, but I want to know that I absolutely positively will NOT get that damn "license has reached activation limit" message when I *do*. And the only way to ensure that is to deactivate it on the computer I'm not using.

    I Also have the same problem when trying to active Parallels on new computer - very frustrating as I have just been charged for the subscription renewal.
    Has anyone been successful in getting this problem resolved?

    Any idea when I can get a solution to this problem? Im running on the trial version even though I have paid the subscription - Only 7 days left on the trial!
