deactivate license to use it on new computer

    hello admin et al, i am attempting to activate my license on a new machine (deleted PD on old machine) and I am getting an "unable to perform this operation" error after clicking "activate on new mac"... can someone please assist me in troubleshooting. ty

    I am having the same problem. Trying to activate a license on a new MacBook Air. The license was on an old MacBook Pro that I am retiring. Please help.
