So at idle with no programs open (except for this one tab), my memory usage is at 56%. This is obviously way to high for idle RAM usage. I have allocated 8GBs to my VM and I don't see any reason why it is so high. I contacted support about it but they just linked me to an article that was very little help. I was hoping someone on these forums could give me a straight answer on why so much is being used, and how I can fix it because when I try to use other programs performance is heavily affected seeing as over half of the ram is already being used. Any help you guys could give would be great. I will be completely willing to give anymore details people need to sort this out.
