If you are unable to, kindly provide us with the screenshot of the error message that you are receiving while trying to delete your account?
It is not working for me as well. When I follow the steps, I receive an email from Paralells "Confirm deletion of your Parallels account", I click the link and follow the procedure, but if I try to log in after I confirm the complete deletion, it works and my account is still active.
Is someone from the staff reading the forum?
