Desktop 7 will not start after upgrade 14922 installed

    When prompted to install the 7.0.14922.693916 I did the update.

    After successful installed update Parallels Desktop 7 will not start anymore.
    I got error message ...app will not run, Classic environment is no longer supported
    Mac OS is 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard)

    I've submitted a ticket to Parallels but have not gotten a response so far.

    Just try running the installer again. Something is wonky with your installation of PD.

    Hi Steve,

    thanks for the hint. After running installation again everything is running well.
    I've got the same answer from Parallels support.
