Hi, just a quick one. I've been using Parallels for Mac to Run Windows for some time now. I used to be able to set my desktop background slideshow on Windows by navigating to and selecting image folder located on Mac (same folder I used for Mac desktop images) (I have all bunch of images downloaded from https://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/downloads/date/any/ , if anyone wants nice images)... Since upgrading to Windows 10 (legit Windows versions), I am unable to do this. I can still navigate to the folder but no image file is recognised, i.e. it shows as if the folder was empty? This applies to slideshow selection, whether the folder is located on Mac or Windows (I tried this with placing a folder with some images on Windows desktop). Anyone has any ideas. Preferably to get the slideshow as I was used to do so before upgrading to Windows 10. Thanks so much. PJ
Hello PredragM, Please try re-installing Parallels Tools & check how it goes, refer http://kb.parallels.com/4841
Thanks Manu. I did reinstall the Parallels tool.. That did not work of itself.. I played with the setting and in the Personalization in Theme settings I chose Synchronised Theme. Although, when selecting Folder with my images in Background the images don't appear, they do appear on the desktop. So it all worked out... Cheers. PJ
