Hello, My manager and I are currently using parallels access. We both have company laptops and ipads. I installed parallels access and works perfect for me, my manager installed it and first day icons didn't show up and he used desktop mode, second day he couldn't access desktop mode, when you hit it it quickly pops up then nothing shows up. Can anyone help please?
