Determine Serial Key

    I have a Parallels user who is based in LA (I am in Boston). I am trying to determine which of my 5 copies he is using. He has sent me a screenshot of his Product ID but we cannot find anything that lists his serial key. Is there some way to determine the serial from the ID?
