    Hi,

when i try to change the DHCP scope for shared networking in my Parallels-Installation, my Windows XP-Installation used further the standardsettings (10.211.55.xx). My Changes does not work? It's necessarily to change these settings to configure in a AirportExpress-Network the settings for port bypassing.

I want to try a MS Remote Desktop-Connection from Parallels (Windows XP Pro) over an iMac with a AirportExpress-WLAN-Router.

Paralells Desktop Mac 2.5 3120 and Windows XP Pro German

    Can somebody help me?

ps.: sorry for my bad english.

    geber,

for new DHCP scope to take effect your VM has to reacquire IP address. If you're running Windows guest open command prompt and do 'ipconfig /release' then 'ipconfig /renew'.

I don't quite understand how's Parallels DHCP settings affect MS RDP. The only reason to change DHCP settings is to resolve IP conflicts with your local network. If 10.211.55.xx does not overlap you LAN subnet it will not help with RDP.
