Difference language with toolbar

    I have a issue with language setting. I still getting Chinese instead English. I have setup English as default app for Parallels and Toolbar. If I click on toolbar I can see the option in English but selecting on options I see only Chinese text. For example clicking on free memory I see Chinese language instead of English language. How can help me with issue? I getting crazy!
