Difficulties with Xerox Printer

The only reason that we installed Parallels in our office environment is because we have use MS Publisher forEVER. MS Publisher is installed however we are having difficulties with our Xerox AltaLink C8145. I have had Xerox on the phone and onsite multiple times however they can not resolve the problem. Here is our difficulty:
1. The Mac Driver only includes page layout for multiple pages 1,2,4,6,9.... (Of course we need 3).
2. Page Sizes do not include Tabloid or 11x17
If I go to Windows it does the same.
How can I correct these issues to print 11x17 paper size, 3 on a page, color and double-sided?
Am I doing something wrong? Should I share the Mac printers? Should Install Windows drivers on the windows partition?
