User has Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac running Windows 7. User was provided a Digital Certificate in the form of a .pfx file. When the user gets to the end of the install and clicks 'Finish', the followung message is presented to the user - "An internal error has occurred. The private key that you are importing might require a cryptographic service provider that is not installed on your system." I have been able to successfully install the certificate on a test PC running Windows 7 (non-Mac, no Parallels Desktop) for both the administrator account and a non administrator regular user, soit appears that the certificate is OK. Any ideas on why the user gets the error with Parallels? Any thoughts ona solution? I have had very little luck finding much on this error.
