Disable Aero = Aero still enabled

(still using PD7)

even though i've disabled aero, it's still "enabled" in the actual virtual machine. has anyone else noticed / encountered this? any thoughts / tips on how to actually disable aero?

 

That setting is only for Coherence/Crystal modes. Otherwise Aero can be disabled in Windows Personalization settings.

 

thanks. i feel quite dumb now. i've been using the same Win7 VM for a while and forgot about that...
