Disable Windows Resize (fixed resolution!) to prevent vm crash/ hanging / freezing

Hi,
Using Mac ARM ; Parallels Pro with Sonoma on Host and Guest OSs. After the Guest OS runs for over 30hrs (more or less ), If I resize the Window, the VM crashes (it freezes , screen hangs with no mouse, no keyboard and CPU usage of that process goes to the roof ). I have to manually kill the Process in the Activity Monitor and then restart from scratch the whole VM.

Is there a way to disable automatic resizing and prevent those crashes ?
