Disabled "View My Paralles Acount" Menu

I have 5 Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro, (refence ids: 219539514 (1), 216081751 (4)) but I can not see my products under my account. "View My Paralles Acount" menu at home page is disabled, How can I manage my products?
