Disappearing, unusable cursor

    I am running High Sierra Parallels Desktop 13.3.0 on a macPro 15 2016 with 16 Gb RAM.

    When I launch the VM (Windows 10) I am iunable to get a cursor that interacts with the vm. I release the cursor and it appears but as soon as I click on the vm screen, the cursor disappears and nothing interacts with the VM.
    THe program is now essentially unusuable.

    Any help?

    Hi @DavidG33 , please check if Parallels Tools are installed inside the Windows virtual machine. Please try Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools and check if that helps.
