I just wanted to leave some honest feedback about the cancellation process, because it genuinely affects whether I would ever use Parallels again. The product itself is very good, I had no main issues with performance or features, and I would absolutely consider subscribing again in the future. But the cancellation experience feels disingenuous, and that alone pushes customers away. The renewal notification email I received had no working cancellation option. The link provided didn't lead to any page where I could turn off auto-renew. The Parallels account dashboard also didn't show any "cancel subscription" button, even though the help pages say it should. The instructions in the support articles didn't match what I actually saw on screen. In the end, the only way I could cancel was by digging up my original Cleverbridge invoice, following the "Manage subscription" link there, waiting for a new email link, and then finding a very small cancellation link hidden behind a sales page. That shouldn't be the expected experience. It's a shame, because Parallels Desktop is genuinely a strong product -- but the cancellation flow leaves a bad impression and risks losing customers permanently. Making the subscription as easy to stop as it is to start would go a long way toward restoring trust. (Please reference to Trustpilot reviews )
