Display Adaptor cannot be installed

I have seen people asking the same question but it seems that this problem has not been resolved.

I purchased parallel 3.0 5548 build first. Installed Windows Xp Home Edition SP2 using Parallel. I then installed bunch drivers through boot camp using the Mac OS CD.

However, the only video display adaptor shows up in the Device Manager is still Parallel Display Adaptor instead of GeForce 8600m GT, which is the video card I have on my Mac Book Pro.

Now when I tried to install the driver for the 8600m using drivers from Mac OS CD or any other drivers provided online, it always gives me the same error message "can't locate any drivers that are compatible with current hard drive." I went to the Laptopvideo2go site and tried driver 174.82 with modified inf file but nothing worked.

I anyone know how to make 8600m GT driver work on XP home edition WITH PARALLEL (not duo boot with boot camp), please advise. What step am I missing?

Apparently it worked for others. I need Direct 3D to run on my windows.
