I've published the 2X applicationserver client (6.1) to our users and I've encountered an interesting issue on one user.

After the software was installed on this computer the display driver seems to have been corrupted. The user uses a dual display setup with identical 17" monitors. The Primary monitor is used in a traditional landscape mode, while his secondary display is used rotated 90 degrees and placed in a portrait mode.

After the 2X client was installed, the driver no longer will rotate the display output as needed. In fact after several attempts we couldn't get the screen color to be higher than 8 colors.

We've installed the latest driver from Dell for his ATI Radeon X600 video card and then also did a rollback to the original version and nothing seems to help.

    Anyone seen something like this?

    try the following steps

    Publishing with mstsc
Start the application directly from msrdp (mstsc).
To do so set the following:
    Click on options
    Select Programs Tab
Click on programs and pass the parameters required
Try to connect in this way from the gateway to the TS to check if the problem occurs.
If The problem does not happen in this fashion send us the app for further analysis.
If the problem occurs on mstsc as configured above the application has problems with terminal services.

    Re:

Are you trying to span across both monitors? If so, you might have some problems because the two monitors are technically different resolutions.
