Disrespect of customer, very poor services

    Hi, back in December, I asked Parallels questions about upgrading from my previously owned license. The agent responded once in awhile and did not get my questions resolved. I asked another agent again this month. Again, I am being ignored. How do you expect me to pay again to buy your product?
