Disrespect of customer, very poor services

    Hi, back in December, I asked Parallels questions about upgrading from my previously owned license. The agent responded once in awhile and did not get my questions resolved. I asked another agent again this month. Again, I am being ignored. How do you expect me to pay again to buy your product?

    Parallels technical support is now next to non-existent. I have waited two days for an email response and, in desperation, I posted the question on their Facebook page. Once again, no response. I suspect they are starting to go down the tubes.
