Hi, I haven't yet purchased parallels for my Mac. I want to be able to run windows from my Mac. I wasn't sure if I also needed to purchase a windows disc to run windows ALONG with parralels or if when I purchase parallels everything will be there and I won't need a disc.

    Thanks,
    Cam

    Hi Cam,
You need to install Windows OS on Parallels Desktop in order to run Windows applications and Parallels Desktop for Mac does not include Microsoft Windows. If you don't have a Windows installation DVD or an .iso disc image, you can purchase the DVD from retail stores or online retailers, including Amazon.com or the Microsoft Online Store. please follow the steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4729 to know how to install Windows on Parallels Desktop.

You can try Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac as a trial for 14 days, please go through http://kb.parallels.com/122644 to know how to get a Parallels Desktop 10 trial key.
