Do I need to buy a Windows 10 license

Now that I have Parallel do I need a Windows 10 license as well? I am trying to install something on my Parallel virtual machine and it won't do it successfully. I am wondering if I am on a demo account or if I need to purchase a Windows 10 License

 

Hello BrandonW5. Kindly be informed that we don't sell Windows - it must be purchased separately. If you want to activate the current Windows installation, then you should buy a Windows product key. Please make sure that the version of the Windows license key you'll buy matches the Windows version you're using now under Parallels Desktop. Kindly reach out to Microsoft support for assistance with this. Or, we can help you delete the current Windows installation and create a new one after you purchase a Windows license.
