Does Parallels support this product?
Five days without a response to a valid Customer Service inquiry about the products that were advertised with the upgrade?
Does Parallels support this product in any way ? I think they have a valid requirement to provide at least basic customer service to ensure they actually ship the products they promise.
I'm not very happy with Parallels 5 so far. It takes longer to get Windows XP running on my Mac desktop than it does to reboot into XP with Boot Camp.
Edit: Sorry about accusing Acronis of making this product. Acronis, of course, makes quality products that work properly and provides quality support for their products. Sorry Acronis!
