Howdy! ...and sorry beforehand, I have no idea about how VM's actually work, so apologies for any facepalm-related injuries, I might cause. My question is pretty simple: I have Better Touch Tool setup so, that it "replaces" a three-finger click with a middle mouse button click. In OS X this (obviously) works perfectly. However I'm not sure, if this will also work in programs, I run with Parallels or if the input is getting redirected directly to the VM, instead of first going to the host system, so that BTT isn't able to do, what it needs to do, to actually invoke a middle click. Or if there are any other obstacles, that prevent this from working. I'd be really glad, if someone who own's both tools could check, if this is (easily) possible.
