I am trying to re-establish my website, however my domain is being redirected to Parallels. My previous webmaster passed away and we have no way of recovering what she had done. We are now trying to create a new site at netins.net and had our name server changed to their DNS however I am unable to connect to the domain of hhaus.com when I try to upload files via ftp. How do I go about getting assistance? Kate
