Double logon problem in WebPortal.

    We are in the proces of evaluating the 2X AppServer. But we are experiencing one problem in the login procedure that we have to logon 2 times. Our setup is as follows:

    We have users logging in from all over the world essentially through the WebPortal. After they login they have their published applications and can work with those. When they then start the application it's launching the 2X client and then we get another RDP loging screen and the user has to login for the 2nd time and then it launches the application. I then have enabled the SSO policies without any result.

    The setup of our environments is:
    - 1 DC Server 2003R2 SP2 std (DC, Fileserver, Applicationserver);
    - 1 RD Server 2008R2 SP1 std (IIS, RD Services, 2X App server, Secure Gateway and WebPortal).

    Hope you can help us in the right direction.

    Hi there,

    this should work well. You might contact 2x support (email to support@2x.com).
    Please use UPN (username@domain).

    You mention two ApplicationServer, one on each machine?

    Do you have multible domains?

    Kind regards,

    GS,

    Sorry for the late reaction but I had a training course last week.
    Logging on with user@domain still has the same problem. It will show me the published wordpad I've got but then still asks me to login to the RDP session on the server. Also when logged on to the webportal I don't have any TS session open yet. When I start the application wordpad it starts an RDP session and asks for credentials. And the 2003 Server is the application server for our customer applications and databases. The 2008 R2 server is only for RDP and the 2X software (applicationserver and webportal).

    I will contact the 2x support this morning.

    Cheers for your reaction so far.
