There is a great summary of how to be able to download PowerTap data on a Mac using Parallels, WKO+ (from Cyclingpeaks Software) and the USB PowerTap cradle posted in the CyclingPeaks forum. I'm awaiting my MBP from FedEx to try it but the post is clear, easy and sounds like it works great.

A similar approach may also work with the Power Agent software now available from CycleOps, and it sounds like Parallels provides good support for other power, heart rate, and GPS devices.

A big difference in these solutions to others posted all over the net is using the USB PowerTap cradle that recently became available rather than dealing with the hassles of using a serial-USB adapter. The cradle is only $19, so it's arguably cheaper than the adapter route, too.
