This has been an issue with me since upgrading to Big Sur. I can open and use most features in Parallels Toolbox for Mac, but every time I try to download a video, my computer resources go crazy, system runs extremely slow, computer begin over heating, and the video never downloads. I ALWAYS must restart or force restart by computer. Any clues or suggestions? Mac OS Big Sur version 11.4 Paralles Toolbox for Mac, version 2.0.4 (1219)
Hello, Could you provide us with the following details please: 1. Do you have an issue with downloading any type of video from any source? Or do you have an issue with specific source and video? (Please share the link of this video if possible) 2. Please create a screenshot of the Video Download settings and share it with us. (Please open Parallels Toolbox and click on the cogwheel near the Download Video tool) 3.
