Download Video stopped working

    Hello,
    A few days ago, the "Download Video" app stopped working. It cannot detect youtube videos (attachment: video not found [Polish text]), when I paste a playlist, I get the message "video is unavailable".
    I'm running Windows 11 build 22621.1265

    To proceed with investigation, kindly collect a technical report as per this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107
    While report is gathering, you can paste the link in the issue description so we could test it locally.
    Then copy 9-digit ID of the report and provide it in a reply message.

    As we can see from the technical report, you are using previous version of Parallels Toolbox.
    Kindly update it o the latest one and check. Issue should be addressed.
    Check screenshot in attachment how to update.

    Thanks for the response.
    I'm being told that I do have the latest update. Tested and not working for me.

    Hello, can someone please look at this issue for me please. Running lastest version checked for updates each day. Works on other video sharing platforms but not youtube.

    Fixed it with a full reinstall.
