I was making some changes to my VM configuration settings in Parallels 8 the other day and lost the ability to drag files from my Win 7 desktop into my Mac desktop. It used to be that when I did this the file would automatcially be copied to my mac and still exist on my win VM. Also, when I copy a URL in my Mac's web browser I can no longer paste it into my Windows browser like I used to be able to. I've checked everything I can think of to go back to this setting and it's not working. Can someone please tell me how to set my Parallels VM up to work that way again.
Hi again, most likely the Parallels Service crashed, restarting the virtual machine and Parallels should do the trick, if not, reinstall Parallels tools, if it still doesn't work, restart your mac.
