Driver Issue with install of SDR#

Driver Issue with install of SDR# "SDRSharp"

I am trying to install a driver so that I can run SDR# "SDRSharp" on a new Win 10 parallels instal. Running the current Ver of OSX on a MacBook Pro.

The driver instal Docs call for Zadig https://zadig.akeo.ie used for this. When I run this I can not get the driver installed, device does not show up as a selection.

The same problem here... (macOS Monterey -> Parallels 17.1.1 -> Windows 11)... I can see something from Windows Device Management - see the attached screenshot
