Dropbox on PC VM automatically starts when booting Mac

Dear all,

Recently my mac began acting strangely upon startup. During the startup process, it seems that my dropbox app installed on my PC virtual machine starts up, which in turn turns on Parallels. On the mac side, I've checked in the startup items for my user under the Users and Groups preference pane, and only my Mac Dropbox app is shown to run on startup.

I'm running Mac OS X 10.10.3, with Parallels 10.2.1 running Windows 8.1.
