Dual Full screen problems in Windows 8.1/Parallels Build 9.0.23140/OSX Mavericks

When I upgrade the windows to windows 8.1 from 8.0, In the full screen, dual monitor mode, 1) the black screen at the both side was created in primary monitor: Software seems not to be automatically resized, 2) There is no second display.; second display is gone

Simply: Before upgrading to windows 8.1, No problem system setting is the same, but just problem created in full screen mode)

Current parallels is Build 9.0.23140. MAC OSX is mavericks
Please fix this problem ASAP. in the meantime, I will back to windows 8.
