We have this issue on several workstations, running XP: When printing, the "duplex" options are dithered out. Even if the Windows print driver is configured to print duplex/long-edge binding, these settings are ignored. Instead, it prints single sided. We have 'duplexer installed' indicated on the print driver, but this info doesn't seem to be sent to the 2X servers universal printer. The printer is a networked Kyocera KM-2560. In 2X Console, Universal Printing is enabled. And in the client settings Connection Properties-> Local resources is checked. Any thoughts?
I believe you are using an old version of the client. What are the server and client versions that you are using? Could you try to update to the latest client and check if the issue persists?
Hi JPC, The client version is 10.5.1369 The server version is 10.1 build 1238 Can I use version 11 client with version 10 server?
Talking about the printing, i would like to recommend the packaging printing, this is the good way to buy the printing products, you can get more information at zrhprint.com
